"I hope you don't lose confidence in me as a team member if I take it easy and enjoy the summer months." That's what one of my team members at Quantum Franchise Group said to me a few weeks ago.

I reminded her that we all do this work that we do so that we can live the lives we want to live. Everyone on our team, at one point or another, has cringed at the bitter taste of employment captivity, living and working under the oppression of corporate overlords, waking up from our dreams of freedom to face another day as W2 minions in toxic workplaces. And then we set ourselves free.

And that's what makes everyone on this team so damn good at what we do.

Not only do we do the work that we do so we can live the lives we want to live, but we do the work we do so that YOU can live the life YOU want to live!
