Sourdough & Co. is excited to welcome Michael and Nicole as its newest franchise owners, bringing one new location to Akron, Ohio. Their Akron location represents the first step in what they hope will become a larger presence for the brand throughout Northeast Ohio.
Michael brings 18 years of experience with Charter Communications, where he has built his career as an Inside Plant Engineer within Network Operations. His background includes managing complex infrastructure, improving operational processes, and coordinating teams in fast paced environments. That experience has given Michael a strong foundation in problem solving, organization, and day to day operations as he makes the move into business ownership.
Nicole brings a complementary background in technology and currently serves as a Solutions Architect for Westfield. Her experience includes designing and scaling enterprise systems, process mapping, project governance, and implementing strategic technology solutions.
Michael will serve as the primary owner operator, leading the day to day growth of their Sourdough & Co. business, while Nicole will provide analytical and technical support behind the scenes. Together, their experience creates a strong combination of operational leadership, technology, process improvement, and strategic planning.
As they explored franchise ownership, Sourdough & Co. provided Michael and Nicole with an opportunity to take their professional experience and apply it toward building something of their own. Their Akron location represents the first step in what they hope will become a larger presence for the brand throughout Northeast Ohio.
