Diana Miller is a franchise consultant, multi-unit franchise owner, and entrepreneur based in the Greater Chattanooga area.
As a Franchise Consultant with Quantum Franchise Group and a member of the Franchise Brokers Association, she helps individuals, couples, and investors explore franchise ownership opportunities that align with their goals, lifestyle, finances, and desired level of involvement.
Before entering franchising, Diana worked in education and real estate, including Airbnb investing and residential house flipping with her husband, Mike.
Their search for a more scalable, system-driven business model ultimately led them to franchising. Today, they own five Pink’s Window Services territories across Chattanooga, Tennessee, and North Metro Atlanta, Georgia.
That operating experience gives Diana first-hand insight into the realities of franchise ownership, including staffing, working capital, cash flow, leadership, break-even timelines, territory expansion, and the transition from owner-led to manager-led operations. She brings that perspective into her consulting practice, helping candidates understand not just what a business looks like on paper, but what ownership actually requires day to day.
Diana also works with business owners through Quantum’s resale division.
She helps business owners understand valuation, buyer expectations, and how to better prepare a business for sale. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a master’s degree in Teaching and has completed professional franchise consulting training through the Franchise Training Institute.
