The husband-and-wife team behind the newest Gorilla Property Services expansion in South Florida brings decades of experience building businesses, leading teams, and growing successful franchise operations. Together, they've been on both sides of franchising. As operators, owners, and advisors, which made Gorilla Property Services a natural fit for their next venture.
Leading the day-to-day operation is Louis Chenier, President and Founder of Chenier Drilling Services in Ontario, Canada. For nearly two decades, Louis has overseen field operations, managed crews, maintained equipment fleets, and held full responsibility for business performance in a demanding service-based industry. His experience building systems, leading people, and delivering consistent results provides a strong foundation for growing a service business.
Entrepreneurship is nothing new to Louis. Alongside Katherine, he also helped own and operate five Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa locations across Michigan, Illinois, and Florida. That experience gave him firsthand insight into scaling a franchise operation while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
Katherine brings an equally impressive background. As a FranNet Certified Franchise Consultant, she has spent years helping aspiring entrepreneurs find the right business opportunities while developing a deep understanding of franchise systems and what separates great brands from average ones. Her experience as both a consultant and franchise owner gives the team a unique perspective as they begin this next chapter.
