Gallup recently reported that, for the first time since it began tracking the life evaluation of the U.S. workforce, more workers are struggling in their lives (49%) than thriving (46%).
Here's another Gallup figure: 52% of U.S. employees are actively seeking or watching for a new job. And Gallup also reports that only 31% of U.S. employees are engaged at work.
That's the lowest level of the past decade, down from 36% in 2020. Gallup estimates that decline represents roughly 8 million fewer engaged workers than in 2020.
